どうやら、CloverとOpencoreから移動してきた設定部分に同じ動きをするものがあり、特に古いCPUで問題を起こしているようです。
Fix for above commit requires you to link
Clover function OC function
KernelXCPM = AppleXcpmExtraMsrs
KernelPm = AppleXcpmCfgLock
AppleIntelCPUPM = AppleCpuPmCfgLock
これらを同じ設定にしたところ、動いたという報告が見られます。

私の手持ちのPCは、i7 8700とi5 9400FでチップセットはH370（ASUS）なので、試せていませんのであしからず。問題解決を考えるのであれば、直接行ってみてください。お願いします。
