日本時間6月6日（火）2時から「WWDC2023」がスタートしました。今は日本は15時30分です。WWDCから１２時間程度でしょう。その間に幾つかのアップデートがかかり、起動するようになりました。
“WWDC2023” started at 2:00 on Tuesday, June 6, Japan time. It’s 15:30 in Japan now. It will be about 12 hours from WWDC. In the meantime it took some updates and now it works.
まずbetaのパッケージ場所の情報です。

あとは、Venturaと同じコンフィグレーションで起動可能でした。ただし、このPCはi9-10900fなのでiMac20,2相当の設定となっています。
After that, it was possible to start with the same configuration as Ventura. However, since this PC is an i9-10900f, the setting is equivalent to iMac20,2.
私は補助的にBluetoothでUSB-Dongleを使っていますが、まだアップデートなないみたいです。
I use a USB-Dongle with Bluetooth as a supplement, but it seems that there is no update yet.
