CatalinaのBig Surへのアップデートを消す回避オートマタ

小物なのですが、探すと意外と面倒なので・・・
オートマタをアプリで新規作成して、シェルスクリプトを実行で、

defaults delete com.apple.preferences.softwareupdate LatestMajorOSSeenByUserBundleIdentifier
softwareupdate --list

でいけます。（とりあえず）
