　と書いてあるように、けっこういろいろなＵＳＢ－ＨＤＤにも対応していて良かったです。~
よくつかわれる、smartctlでも、
 sudo smartctl /dev/sdc -x -d usbjmicron,0 -T permissive
というように、usbjmicronに２つのＨＤＤがつながっているため、0や1を設定して出せるという困ったちゃんでしたが、
 HDSentinel
では、うまく処理されてきました。また、正常の度合いを％で表示してくれるので、簡単です。~

　上のソフトで判ったのですが、Helth98%？というHDDがあって、bad sectorが1つありました。
[[不良セクタを叩いて潰す :http://nyacom.net/?p=78]]を使ってつぶしておきました。~
 smartctlには-d usbjmicron,{0|1}をつけて対応できました。
