\nAfter talking to Mr kuroushi, I found out that trying to spoof a VK23 Skylake HD520 to boot Venrura doesn’t work with the old generic EFI.<\/p>\n

\u3000\u4eca\u306e\u3068\u3053\u308d\u3067\u3059\u304c\u3001VK23\u30b7\u30ea\u30fc\u30ba\u304c\u540c\u3058\u30c1\u30c3\u30d7\u30bb\u30c3\u30c8\u3067USB\u306e\u63a5\u7d9a\u65b9\u6cd5\u304c\u540c\u3058\u3068\u3044\u3046\u3053\u3068\u3092\u524d\u63d0\u306b\u3001USBport.kext\u3092\u5165\u308c\u3066\u3042\u308b\u30cf\u30fc\u30d5\u30b8\u30a7\u30cd\u30ea\u30c3\u30af\u30d0\u30fc\u30b8\u30e7\u30f3\u3092\u516c\u958b\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002

\nThat’s something I was a little worried about before. I tried various things, but I found that it hangs to boot Venura using UsbInjectAll.kext that can’t support of some of CPU or chipset . After all, since Master Rehabman left, UsbInjectAll.kext seems to lack a successor. Mr. Sniki seems to have taken over mainly on Git-Hub. But there are other versions too. In the Sniki version, as I wrote in the previous article, there were things that did not work due to the way Comet-lake was implemented.

\nIn other words, if we install UsbInjectAll.kext and Ventura hangs at boot, we can boot Ventura for the time being without UsbInjectAll.kext, and even if it’s not correct, we may be able to use USB.
\nBut this is not the natural way. Correctly. We have to edit DSDT for connecting the USB. However, I still lack experience, so I didn’t know how to edit DSDT in ambiguous situations such as the chipset that composes USB isn’t known. (Master Rehabman was an amazing person.)<\/p>\n
